Where is my order?

We source goods from around the world with many suppliers working close with us to provide you with the best products. Many of our suppliers are located in a different country and that means flights, customs and clearances. 


We are still here to help and if you need any help tracking your item visit our tracking page here or send us an email and we will get back to you with more details ASAP.

Why is my voucher not working?

Most of our vouchers are created by the system automatically and generally should work. We would encourage you to read the minimum spend mentioned or any other terms and conditions mentioned with them. If all seems correct and yet it does not work we would like to fix that immediately for you so please send us an email on info@whatagift.com.au and we will gladly assist. 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently many of our products are available for shipping all around the world. In the event that one of our suppliers cannot assist in the country you are located we will contact you immediately. 

Where are you suppliers located?

Majority of our suppliers are located in Australia, USA, China, Russia and Spain. Apart from those countries few of our suppliers are also located in New Zealand, Turkey, India, Vietnam and Canada also. 

I need to cancel my order, how can i do this?

If you need to cancel your order please let us know ASAP. Once a order is booked for pickup we can offer partial refunds(minus shipping costs) and once product is shipped we cannot offer any refunds until the goods are returned back to us. I received partial order only?

As we are a platform which works with leading suppliers we do not ship most of the products ourselves. Occasionally if you have ordered multiple products which are shipped from different suppliers you will receive delivery in different packagings and each product will have its own tracking number.
