Our policy lasts 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return or Exchange your product, you should mail your product to POBOX 2301, Moorabbin VIC 3189, Australia, or any other address we may provide as some of the items are shipped from overseas.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We may charge a re-stocking fee on the product of $9.95 to $19.95 depending on what the product is and where it is being returned to. This fee is not charged if the product was faulty or a mistake in shipping caused the return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You will receive an update from backend for all the shipping information, if the delivery fails, you will get an intimation from us or from post office to collect the parcel. Due to any reason if the parcel was not picked up and is sent back to the sender, we can arrange to resend the parcel but it may take 45-60 days to be delivered again.
